Returns & Exchanges

At Alphalete Athletics, we strive for excellence in every garment; however, if your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing back to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Return Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct size exchange for the same style.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
